   9    whether or not you or anyone else makes a profit from doing so.  If

  11    arrange to purchase a DEPLOYMENT LICENCE.  If you are unsure whether
  12    or not your proposed use of the software constitutes deployment, email

  16    you need to.  We encourage you to send your changes back to us for
