Use libxml2 2.9.2/Libxslt 1.1.28 - part of YAZ-804
Pass /manifest option always YAZ-804 Seems necessary on Visual Studio 2013.
Dump backtrace in case of SIGABRT, SIGSEGV YAZ-787 New function yaz_enable_panic_backtrace which enables backtrace handler for current process. The handler will call backtrace always, then gdb to provide as much detail as possible.
