Fix documentation of pz:sru setting: the value "soap", not "srw", is
used to select the use of the SRW protocol, as determined from
get_sru_mode_from_string() in yaz/src/zoom-c.c

This resolves a long-standing conflict between the documentation for
pazpar2 and MKAdmin.
