Fixes authentication issues

- avoids Weld injection exception when (authentication) servlet filter is
  run before a Faces context has been established
  (MissingConfigurationContextException) The mkjsf core itself has no
  such filter, but mk2jsf-demo has.
- avoids redirect to given app page on auth failure
