  20           cope with the fact that XSLT can't iterate, and explodes if

  23         - New script bin/irspy-xpath.pl -- a simple wrapper for
  24           running an XPath with IRSpy-related namespaces established.

  31         - Enhance setrlimit program so that it can set maximum
  32           address-space size as well as number of file descriptors.
  33         - Add new restrict_modulo() method to restrict tests to those
  34           targets whose ID hashes to a number satisfying

  36         - Add new command-line options -m <n>,<i> to invoke
  37           restrict_modulo().  This enables us to set up cron jobs to
  38           test one seventh of the targets each night.
  39         - Modify Zebra configuration to expect Z39.50 query terms to

  60         - Improve timeout handling of targets. Stop testing a target
  61           if we got to many timeouts (>= 3). Otherwise we have to wait
  62           up to an hour to finish all tests for a broken target.  A
  63           complete tests of all targets is now much faster and more
  64           reliable.
  65         - Ignore case for record syntax field. This solves the problem that
  66           you cannot search for record syntax "USmarc" if the server
  67           response was in lowercase "usmarc".
  68         - Run only one instance of the IRSpy script at a time.
  69         - Use iconv character-set name "UTF-8" rather than "UTF8" as
  70           the latter is for some reason not supported by the iconv
  71           package in the Macports collection.
  72         - _irspy_identifier2target() recognises and allows for
  73           comma-separated ZOOM-style options at the front of IRSpy
  74           identifiers.
  75         - Fix bug #3534, which caused targets to be probed for
  76           record-syntax support using the wrong
  77           preferredRecordSyntax.
