  20           cope with the fact that XSLT can't iterate, and explodes if

  23         - New script bin/irspy-xpath.pl -- a simple wrapper for
  24           running an XPath with IRSpy-related namespaces established.
  25         - Record::Fetch test registers a fail when the syntax actually

  33         - Enhance setrlimit program so that it can set maximum
  34           address-space size as well as number of file descriptors.
  35         - Add new restrict_modulo() method to restrict tests to those
  36           targets whose ID hashes to a number satisfying
  37                 hashval mod n == i
  38         - Add new command-line options -m <n>,<i> to invoke
  39           restrict_modulo().  This enables us to set up cron jobs to
  40           test one seventh of the targets each night.

  62         - Improve timeout handling of targets. Stop testing a target
  63           if we got to many timeouts (>= 3). Otherwise we have to wait
  64           up to an hour to finish all tests for a broken target.  A
  65           complete tests of all targets is now much faster and more
  66           reliable.
  67         - Ignore case for record syntax field. This solves the problem that
  68           you cannot search for record syntax "USmarc" if the server
  69           response was in lowercase "usmarc".
  70         - Run only one instance of the IRSpy script at a time.
  71         - Use iconv character-set name "UTF-8" rather than "UTF8" as
  72           the latter is for some reason not supported by the iconv
  73           package in the Macports collection.
  74         - _irspy_identifier2target() recognises and allows for
  75           comma-separated ZOOM-style options at the front of IRSpy

  77         - Fix bug #3534, which caused targets to be probed for
  78           record-syntax support using the wrong
  79           preferredRecordSyntax.
