  41         - Enhance setrlimit program so that it can set maximum
  42           address-space size as well as number of file descriptors.

  44           targets whose ID hashes to a number satisfying

  46         - Add new command-line options -m <n>,<i> to invoke
  47           restrict_modulo().  This enables us to set up cron jobs to

  72           up to an hour to finish all tests for a broken target.  A

  74           reliable.
  75         - Ignore case for record syntax field. This solves the problem that
  76           you cannot search for record syntax "USmarc" if the server
  77           response was in lowercase "usmarc".
  78         - Run only one instance of the IRSpy script at a time.
  79         - Use iconv character-set name "UTF-8" rather than "UTF8" as
  80           the latter is for some reason not supported by the iconv
  81           package in the Macports collection.
  82         - _irspy_identifier2target() recognises and allows for
  83           comma-separated ZOOM-style options at the front of IRSpy

  85         - Fix bug #3534, which caused targets to be probed for
  86           record-syntax support using the wrong
