  27         - Enhance setrlimit program so that it can set maximum
  28           address-space size as well as number of file descriptors.

  61         - Ignore case for record syntax field. This solves the problem that
  62           you cannot search for record syntax "USmarc" if the server
  63           response was in lowercase "usmarc".
  64         - Run only one instance of the IRSpy script at a time.
  65         - Use iconv character-set name "UTF-8" rather than "UTF8" as
  66           the latter is for some reason not supported by the iconv
  67           package in the Macports collection.
  68         - _irspy_identifier2target() recognises and allows for
  69           comma-separated ZOOM-style options at the front of IRSpy
  70           identifiers.
  71         - Fix bug #3534, which caused targets to be probed for
  72           record-syntax support using the wrong
  73           preferredRecordSyntax.
