  19         - Enhance setrlimit program so that it can set maximum
  20           address-space size as well as number of file descriptors.
  21         - Add new restrict_modulo() method to restrict tests to those
  22           targets whose ID hashes to a number satisfying
  23                 hashval mod n == i
  24         - Add new command-line options -m <n>,<i> to invoke
  25           restrict_modulo().  This enables us to set up cron jobs to
  26           test one seventh of the targets each night.
  27         - Modify Zebra configuration to expect Z39.50 query terms to

  48         - Improve timeout handling of targets. Stop testing a target
  49           if we got to many timeouts (>= 3). Otherwise we have to wait
  50           up to an hour to finish all tests for a broken target.  A
  51           complete tests of all targets is now much faster and more
  52           reliable.
  53         - Ignore case for record syntax field. This solves the problem that
  54           you cannot search for record syntax "USmarc" if the server
  55           response was in lowercase "usmarc".
  56         - Run only one instance of the IRSpy script at a time.
  57         - Use iconv character-set name "UTF-8" rather than "UTF8" as
  58           the latter is for some reason not supported by the iconv
  59           package in the Macports collection.
  60         - _irspy_identifier2target() recognises and allows for
  61           comma-separated ZOOM-style options at the front of IRSpy
  62           identifiers.
  63         - Fix bug #3534, which caused targets to be probed for
  64           record-syntax support using the wrong
  65           preferredRecordSyntax.
  66         - Reorder record-syntaxes probed to reduce likelihood of early
  67           failure.  Ameliorates, but does not fix, bug #3548.
