  38         - Enhance setrlimit program so that it can set maximum
  39           address-space size as well as number of file descriptors.

  72         - Ignore case for record syntax field. This solves the problem that
  73           you cannot search for record syntax "USmarc" if the server
  74           response was in lowercase "usmarc".
  75         - Run only one instance of the IRSpy script at a time.
  76         - Use iconv character-set name "UTF-8" rather than "UTF8" as
  77           the latter is for some reason not supported by the iconv
  78           package in the Macports collection.
