Tested ZOOM_scanset_option_get() and ZOOM_scanset_option_set()

This means all functions have been tested except
	ZOOM_event()
	ZOOM_connection_last_event()
which are to do with asynchronous functioning.  Since I don't properly
understand yet how this works in ZOOM-C, trying to test the Perl
interface would be premature :-)
