+Handle HTTP redirect for SRU GET in yaz-client and ZOOM C. Based on
+patch from Giannis Kosmas.

+SRU: no longer URL encode SRU database. The URL for an SRU server is
+a URL and such is alreeady encoded - at least when given with leading
+http:// or https://. This reverts behavior to YAZ 3.0.50.
